The meaning of aluminum plate common state
Aluminum hot rolled plate is divided into 8 series, each of which can be
subdivided into different states according to different treatment processes,
such as H, O, W, etc.
There are 5 main types of aluminum plates: O state, W state, T state, H state and F state.
O state: O state refers to a completely annealed state, which is suitable for obtaining the lowest strength product after full annealing.
W state: W state refers to the solution heat treatment state, is an unstable state, only means that aluminum plate supplier after solution heat treatment, in the natural aging stage.
T state: T state means a stable aluminum product after heat treatment. After T, the number must be added to indicate the degree of heat treatment (or not). Common T states are T5 (artificial aging after high temperature forming), T6 (artificial aging after solution heat treatment), T651 (X51 means to eliminate internal stress, the aluminum plate is not easy to deform during processing).
H state: the H state refers to the work hardening state, which is suitable for aluminum sheet plate products with increased strength through work hardening. Common H states are H1X (1 refers to work hardening, the latter number refers to the degree of work hardening), H2X (2 refers to the degree of incomplete annealing after processing, the latter number refers to the degree of annealing), H3X (3 refers to low-temperature annealing after processing, the latter number refers to the degree of annealing), H111 (after annealing and moderate work hardening, but the degree of hardening is less than H11). H112 (the free processing state of hot rolled plates, specifically refers to the products processed by hot working).
F state: F state refers to the aluminum brazing sheet plate which has special requirements for working hardening and heat treatment conditions in the process of product forming. Because the production conditions may be different, there is no performance requirement for F state aluminum sheet.
