Notes on circle polished aluminium packaging
We are engaged in offering an optimum quality range of aluminium circle plate .Aaluminium circle sheet processing need to be packaged to prevent surface
oxidation, pinning and deformation, so what should we pay attention to in the
packaging process?
First, when circle polished aluminium packaging, we usually choose the well-shaped frame, packaging to meet the needs of storage and transportation; the well-shaped frame is made of wood, both upper and lower are composed of two wooden squares, for the height of the lower wood, to meet the operational needs of forklift trucks, the upper wood should be made into a circular arc shape corresponding to the diameter of the roll, and the upper and lower wood should be fixed with screw respectively. The length of the rod should be lower than the arc of the upper wood to prevent the damage of the aluminum disc.
Secondly, the circle patterned aluminium sheet needs to be wrapped with a layer of robust neutral or weak acidic information (generally high-release), then put in the packing list, the lap using adhesive tape to stick. Pad the end surface with a soft pad to maintain the end surface of the aluminium box coil and prevent scratches.
Thirdly, add desiccant. Use the whole plastic cloth to wrap all the rolls. The plastic cloth on the outer layer of the lap should be glued down with tape, and the remaining ends of the plastic cloth should be stuffed into the core. Rain-proof cardboard of suitable size is used to wrap all the aluminum wafers along the circumferential direction and close both ends respectively. The ends and the circumferential joints and all the cracks should be adhered with tape.
Fourth, put the Aluminium Circle for Cookware on the derrick and fix it along the circumference direction with steel strip, which should be tied firmly. A box plate is attached to the end face of the wrapped aluminium foil roll. In addition to the load-bearing and packing cost of boxes and derricks, the delivery method and the user's transportation, loading and unloading methods and matters needing attention should also be written down.
