How is the cast aluminium plate classified
Aluminum alloy can form various kinds of cast aluminium plate by different
processing methods,the quality and grade of the aluminum sheet plate depend on
the processing method.
The classification of aluminum brazing plates is determined by the different processing methods adopted in the production process of aluminum materials. The flat aluminium embryo is manufactured by heating, rolling, straightening and solution aging heat.
In general, what we called aluminium sheet is only a general term, which refers to the aluminium sheet material made of aluminium or aluminium alloy.
1. Embossed aluminum sheet:
Embossed aluminium sheet is a kind of aluminium sheet which is processed by calendering on the basis of aluminium sheet, thus forming various patterns on the surface of aluminium sheet. Embossed aluminum board is mainly used in packaging, integrated ceiling, building curtain wall and so on.
2, brushed aluminum plate:
The main process flow of brushed aluminum plate consists of three parts, namely, ester removal, sand mill and water washing. In the process of wire drawing, aluminium sheet material should be treated with sandpaper for repeated frictional lines. After the treatment, a fine trace will be clearly displayed on the surface of aluminium sheet, thus achieving the effect of metal wire drawing. Then, the aluminium sheet material must be treated with anode, so that a kind of special metal will be formed on the surface of aluminium sheet. The film layer can play a protective role against corrosion.
3. Anodized aluminum plate:
The formation of anodic aluminum oxide needs to undergo an electrolytic oxidation process. First of all, the aluminium plate should be placed in the electrolyte as an anode, then electrolytic oxidation process should be carried out under specific conditions, and finally a thin layer of aluminium oxide can be formed on the surface of the aluminium plate. It seems very simple to say so, but in fact, the ordinary oxidation production process adopted by domestic aluminium enterprises is relatively complex, and the defective rate is relatively high.
4. anodized mirror aluminum plate:
Top-grade quality anodized mirror aluminum sheet needs to be processed by rolling technology, grinding and other methods, in order to make the surface of aluminium sheet show mirror effect. In the developed countries, the production of mirror aluminum plate is usually made by rolling and rolling.
