Manufacturing of beer mark foil (aluminum foil for beer mark)
Alumina is refined from the bauxite in a caustic high temperature process.
Aluminium is obtained by an electrolytic smelting process, which breaks down the alumina into molten aluminium and oxygen.
The silver-coloured molten aluminium is syphoned off into furnaces where other elements are added to produce particular alloys, before being poured into moulds to form ingots.
Quality of aluminium beer mark foil:
(1) level and smooth on the surface of the industrial aluminum foil roll
(2)the surface is clean without any corrosion, oil stains, puckering slits, scratches visible striation, rolled marks, shaken traces, cross grain or other defects.
(3)no shipping spots, rolled marks, abrasive marks or dark lines.
(4)no yellowish oil stains, bubbles or seams.
