Production and processing technology of brushed aluminum sheet
Drawing processing is to be done after stamping. Brushed aluminum sheet can

Using the rotation of felt and the straight line movement of towing plate, the thread lines with the same width are scratched on the surface of aluminium plate.
Sandblasting is used to obtain the surface of film decoration or fine reflective surface to meet the special design requirements such as soft gloss. Even and moderate sand blasting treatment can basically overcome the common defects on the surface of aluminium materials.
For exterior parts, whether they are drawn or sandblasted, surface oxidation treatment is usually required. As for the choice of processing technology, it should be a question related to the shape, and the surface texture obtained by the two processes is still different.
Another process is similar to sandblasting, but it is carried out by a chemical corrosion method, commonly known as chemical sand treatment or chemical sand surface corrosion, especially for sublimation metal sheet/sheets surface treatment, the uniformity of the sand surface is much better than that of sandblasting treatment. Chemical sand surface corrosion includes acid corrosion and alkaline corrosion. Different surface colours and grain sizes can be obtained by different corrosion solvents and surfactants.

surface of aluminium sheet by mechanical friction. It has the dual function of
removing scratches on the surface of aluminium plate and decorating the surface
of polished aluminium sheet plate. There are two kinds of straight brushed: continuous
thread drawing and intermittent thread drawing. Continuous filament pattern can
be obtained by continuous horizontal linear abrasion on the surface of aluminium
sheet with cleaning cloth or stainless steel brush (such as manual grinding
under the condition of existing devices or grinding on aluminium sheet with wire
brush clamped by planer). By changing the steel wire diameter of stainless steel
brush, different thickness lines can be obtained. Intermittent filaments are
usually processed on a brusher or a scratch machine. Principle of manufacture:
Two groups of co-rotating differential wheels are used. The upper group is a
fast rotating grinding roller, the lower group is a slow rotating rubber roller.
Aluminum or aluminium alloy plate passes through the two groups of rollers and
is brushed out fine intermittent straight lines.
