Classification and processing technology of flexible aluminium strip

The raw material of aluminium strip is pure aluminium or aluminium alloy Cast-rolled aluminium coil and hot-rolled aluminium coil. The aluminium strip ceiling is rolled into thin sheet aluminium coil with different thickness and width by cold rolling mill. According to its use, the strip is longitudinally divided into different width aluminium strips by longitudinal shearing machine.

Aluminum strip edging is a deep-processed product of aluminium formed by cutting aluminium coil. It is an important raw material in industry.
According to the different alloying elements contained in the aluminium strip, the aluminium strip and the aluminium strip 25mm x 3mm are also divided into eight series. However, the most commonly used series are 1000, 3000, 5000 and 8000 series.
The alloy grades of commonly used aluminium strips are 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100, 3003, 3004, 5005, 5052, 8011, etc. Common states are O and H states. O denotes soft state, H denotes hard state. After O and H, the degree of hardness, softness and annealing can be expressed by numbers.
At present, the most commonly used should belong to the full soft series, because the O state aluminium strip ceiling is easier to stretch and bend.
The main processing equipment of aluminium strip is the slicing unit, which can be divided into the required length and width according to the need. Of course, the led strip light aluminium extrusion processing equipment is universal, but also for copper coil processing, the products processed are called copper strips.

Specific uses of aluminium strip include transformer aluminium strip (transformer aluminium foil), high frequency welding hollow aluminium strip, fin radiator aluminium strip, cable aluminium strip, stamping aluminium strip, aluminium strip for aluminium edge strip, etc.
